Lindsey Vonn (born October 18, 1984) is a female athlete alpine ski racing competitions American US ski team. She has won four overall Cup World Championships - one of only athletes ski women have the title, along with Annemarie Moser-Proll with three consecutive titles in 2008, 2009 and 2010, plus another in 2012. Vonn won the gold medal at the ski slope 2010 Winter Olympics, the first time in an event for an athlete of American women. She also won the title five consecutive seasons in the discipline World Cup downhill, four consecutive titles in Super G, and three consecutive titles in combination as 2012.
