Thomas Jeffrey Hanks (born July 9,1956) is an American actor, director, famous film producer. He won two Oscars for his roles in Philadelphia and Forrest Gump. Hanks is one of three actor who plays seven consecutive blockbuster grossing over $100million, he also is the star brought the second highest revenue in the history of cinema.

Hanks was born in Concord, California, United States. His father, Mr. Amos Mefford Hanks is a chef,
and his mother, Janet Marylyn Frager
is working in the hospital, they divorced when Hanks was 4 years old. Tom Hanks
has a sister- Sandra Hanks (a
writer), a brother- Lawrence M.Hanks(entomologist)
and a younger brother- Jim Hanks (also an actor and film producer)
In school, Hanks few are teachers
and friends attention and affection, he told Rolling Stone magazine: “when I
was a student I was very eccentric and shy. But I was able to scream loud funny
dialogue in the film. I’ve never caused trouble and was always a good and
responsible kid”. When high school at Skyline School in Oakland, California,
Tom has starred in the schill play, including the musical South Pacific. Hanks
later studied acting for 2 years at Chabot College before transferring to the
university of California at Sacrament State. Hanks was interviewed New York
Times: “The acting class is probably the best place for guys like noise and
amplify popular. I spent a lot of time to see play. I never go with anyone but myself
driving to the theater, buy tickets, chair, read the program and them
completely immersed in the play. I see a lot, from Bertolt Brecht, Tennessee Williams, Henrik Ibsen and other too”. During college, Hanks met Vincent Dowling, head of the Great
Lakes Theater Festival in Cleveland. Agreement with the proposal of Dowling,
Hanks became the practice here, in 3 years he did everything charge of lighting,
staging the stage manager. The contract hanks forced to leave school, but it
opens up the future his acting. Hanks won Best Actor Critics Association for
his Cleveland Proteus in Shakespeare Two Gentlemen of Verona, this is also one
